Full time, On Site, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia A passionate, forward-thinking senior visual design consultant creates impactful graphics that are consistent, unique, impressive, and based on the fundamental theory of visual design. A senior visual designer should have fully technical skills over tools and methodologies applied to visual design projects. This role should co-work with the rest of the design teams for execution, and follow-up of the projects, including coaching, client facing and delivery. What You'll Do Designing compelling custom graphic illustrations and icons for digital and print media. Creating / improving brand assets library. Creating and maintaining brand guidelines. Vector-based import & export best practices. Designing aesthetically balanced and branded presentations (Powerpoint / Keynote). Designing layouts, typography, hierarchy, color theory and other design principles. Designing digital/online experiences using Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team and promotes team alignment. Requirements Undergraduate / Graduate equivalent combination of education in a related field. Related fields include Graphic Design. Strong understanding of the brand and branding principles. Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proven collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Innovative thinking, empathy, and a desire to continuously learn and evolve. Excellent at building consensus across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to create and maintain working relationships with a geographically distributed team. Working independently, keeping project timelines on track and showing process. Experience 5+ years of professional Visual/Graphic Design experience, having done multiple successful Projects. Passion for making high-quality experiences, and a demonstrable portfolio.
