Application Engineer – Electrical:

Qualification: Graduate Electrical /Electronics Engineer
Experience: Minimum 5 years in good trading/contracting Organization (Multinational/Local)
Nationality: Indian/Arab
Languages: Good in English & working knowledge in Arabic.
Skills: Good communication and listening skills.
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
Good logical and interpersonal skills. Worked in multi-national / cultural environment.
Customer focused and strong in technical knowledge.
Good presentation skills
Technical Knowledge: Electrical switchgear/ wiring devices / lighting / Earthing & Protection / Low Voltage / home automation
Handled different global Principals dealing with electrical items
Handled Consultants / Contractors / Ministries / Interior designers and architects.
Knowledge of Kuwait market and brands competing is required. Ability to research and benchmark is a must.
Ability to train internal and external teams.
Ability to prepare submittals and do costing.

An application engineer whose role should be more of an inside sales and meeting customers to convince them to buy the products.
• The position will also have targets to achieve.
• Experience in working in lighting business.
• The person should be able to handle and develop Electrical Principals and support sales team with profitable product selections and launch in the local market.

KES membership and driving license is mandatory. Transferable visa.
