Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders. As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for: Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Handling products and systems which are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions. Managing long term strategic business development for energy transition in the gulf region. Acting as  the focal point for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sales in short term and sales operation. Managing complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance. Handling important business unit clients. Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in sales and business development management. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience overall. Have experience in the middle east energy market. Desired Characteristics Have a Master's degree from an accredited university of college. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
