Set, track, and maintain budget Research skills to discover profitable suppliers; work with vendors to secure advantageous terms Oversees supply needs, approve the ordering of necessary goods and services Manage workflow from initiation to completion (of both purchased orders and deliveries Responsible for all sourcing, negotiating and contracting activity for various categories. With leading all end-to-end processes from sourcing to executing the contracts with aligning with business objectives, stakeholders and Global teams. Create and execute strategic sourcing projects that support the teams’ development. Leading sourcing engagement and competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ and RFP). Achieve cost savings through projects including bidding and commercial negotiation. Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. Preparing NDR (Non-Delivery Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report. Define SLA’s in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and maintain them.
