Job Title : Solution Sales / Client Partner Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales / Client Partner in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities : Develop a deep understanding of our cloud services offerings, including Azure, AWS, and VMware, and how they can be applied to address customer needs and challenges. Collaborate with technical and solution architects to create compelling proposals and solutions for customers that leverage cloud technologies and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to develop and position innovative cloud solutions for customers. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cloud services to existing customers, based on their evolving needs and requirements. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including technology partners, vendors, and system integrators, to drive new business opportunities and promote our cloud services offerings. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral that promote our cloud services offerings and generate leads. Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction, and to identify opportunities for service improvements and new service offerings. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback related to cloud services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, and by ensuring timely resolution of issues. Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales, business development, and/or account management, preferably in the cloud services industry, with a focus on Azure, AWS, or VMware solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in cloud services, specifically in the areas of Azure, AWS, or VMware solutions. Experience working with enterprise-level clients in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on cloud services sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, specifically in the area of cloud services sales. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, automation, and managed services, with a focus on Azure, AWS, or VMware solutions. Fluent in English. Arabic speakers are preferred.
