Job DescriptionWe are looking for Service Delivery Expert to support our team in Riyadh for Metro Project.The Service Delivery Expert with a minimum of 6+ years’ technical and management experience will oversee the pre-launch and commercial phases of the O&M Contractors’ activities to verify that all the contractual requirements are fully met.The Service Delivery Expert shall be responsible for launching of the service, station and depot inspections and the ongoing day to day delivery of a safety and excellence in passenger service in accordance with the KPI Regime and best practice.The Service Delivery Expert will be responsible on a 24/7 basis for attending incidents, accidents and emergencies that may occur on the metro.
