Job Summary: This position will be based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for a two year assignment with matrix reporting responsibilities to the Raytheon Middle East Systems (RAYMES) Country Manager and the Raytheon International Security Manager. This is a high profile and fast-paced position requiring a security professional with experience across multiple security domains including but not limited to: Industrial and International security requirements; physical security/force protection; personnel and operations security. The role will require frequent interaction with Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) security personnel, KSA-based State Department and US Military security personnel, all members of the Jeddah and Riyadh-based staff and their families, and Temporary Duty (TDY) personnel. Duties include but are not limited to; planning, development, implementation, and testing of security policies and procedures; protection of personnel, company information and assets; and supervision and oversight of Saudi security guard forces. This position will conduct risk assessments and manage security projects associated with facility protection and business operations within Saudi Arabia. This person may also be called upon to do security site surveys at other locations within the Country as well as other Middle Eastern countries. This role will develop and administer RMD security procedures for classified or proprietary and ITAR controlled materials, documents, and equipment for major programs. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining education programs to ensure personnel compliance with U.S. and KSA government and contract requirements. The selected candidate will successfully create and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and senior management across multiple domains to accomplish the mission. Manage Saudi Arabian security departments both in Jeddah and Riyadh Manage the local security administration to include processing of base passes for employees required to work or visit the military base Manage the meet and assist services for employees, dependents and business visitors traveling in and out of KSA through Jeddah International Airport Manage the drivers that provide driving services for VIP services, community services organized trips, expediting and other security related tasks Provide/Coordinate executive protection services to visiting senior leadership with the RMD International Security Manager and MENA Regional Security Manager Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with U.S., NISP, international, KSA Security and related ITAR regulations in addition to Corporate directives and policies Manage security and personal safety procedures and briefing/training for all assigned personnel, their family members, and visitors Conduct security investigations and surveys, including detailed recommendations for mitigation of all security vulnerabilities and violations Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
