Manager to ensure quick resolution and optimize & improve cash recovery.2.    Own all invoice disputes & complex claims history, timeline, narrative of events, root cause, decision reasons etc are on hand and both the file details & verbal report can can be provided to management at any given time.3.    Respond promptly to invoice disputes and claims (i.e. damage, cargo lose etc) of customers within the KPI response time specified by the Manager, including response time, resolution/rejection time etc.4.    Diligently maintain records (& log, tracker etc) of disputes & claims, and establish the right formatting and analysis for client meeting, discussion and resolution (& update in system & trackers)5.    Influence and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to business & Accounts Receivable (AR) Policies and Procedures regarding invoice-to-collection process, to ensure they are shaped and moulded in a way that optimizes cash recovery.General Customer Service6.    Communicate to the clients/customers  regarding the cargo which have been shipped via land, air and sea freight to ensure these have reached them.7.    Respond to all requests for quotations from internal parties within 24 hours from initial receipt  and  provide reports to the Supervisor – Customer Relationship8.    Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred (like any lost shipments, SOB status, Shipment status, Container loading and positioning, Quoting)9.    Liaise with all overseas agents ,major shipping lines and airlines in procuring the best rates  as per the customer’s requirements10.    Participate in the business activities for the company in cooperation with the Business development team and other relevant departments to ensure proper coordination of orders or customer’s requirements is highly maintained11.    Coordinate with the operation department to find solutions and resolve matters in relation to customer’s queries.12.    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain closed contact with all customers – including follow up on concerns or other issues13.    Assist A/R collections and support team members when neededOther14.    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Education & Professional Qualification:Diploma (degree preferred)Professional Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience.
