We are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Associate, who is going to be responsible for receiving and managing client requests for designing concepts or proposals development. Key responsibilities and objectives: Understand client needs, pain-points and assess gaps in order to identify areas where TAM can help Participate in initiating and carrying out the process of conceptualization and idea generation Supporting in holding brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas that are used in designing the concept Analyze & evaluate RFPs to recommend acceptance/decline, and define questions Conduct desk research to create lists, benchmark certain concepts and initiatives and provide supportive evidence Develop clear content, ideas, objectives and processes for proposal Participate in handover meetings with different execution teams to assure full and accurate transfer of designed concept Collaborate with other team members and business developers to achieve quality results Create, edit and review proposals and PowerPoint presentations Benefits of working as a Senior Associate, Business Development in Riyadh:● Company offers great benefits ● Advancement opportunities● Competitive salary
