Organize appointments, prepare memos, conduct correspondence, attend meetings, edit minutes; prepare and submit work reports.
Main Tasks:
• Organize and remind the manager/chairman of the appointments, process inquiries and respond to them; deliver mail and correspondence to the manager/chairman.
• Prepare periodic memos related to the work of the internal organizational units, carry on regular correspondence with external parties; get the chairman’s signature, and disseminate them.
• Attend meetings, and record and edit meeting minutes.
• Keep documents and files related to the work of the Director / Chairman.
• Prepare, submit, document, and archive work reports.
