We are currently seeking a professional with a high degree of initiative and commitment to join our Revenue Optimization department. The Specialist will be responsible for maximizing revenue by maintaining market competitive pricing and through effective revenue management decision. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop, maintain and adjust revenue management and pricing strategies on assigned markets in order to maximize the airlines network profitability Evaluate, propose and implement route specific pricing and fare products Monitor competitors pricing activities and evaluate and implement appropriate initiatives/actions Monitor effectiveness of pricing initiatives and initiate corrective measures Utilize RM System to manage assigned routes Further enhance the distribution policy and it’s actual application Ensure compliance with corporate strategies and policies Continuously be up-to-date with the market trends and competition Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum : Bachelors in Commerce/ Economics/ Business Administration Minimum of 3-year working experience in Airline Revenue Management and Pricing Experience in analytically demanding position in an airline Strong analytical and conceptual skills and problem solving capability Candidates must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, be able to work independently and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Presentations Benefits of working as a Revenue Optimization Specialist in Kuwait City:● Excellent benefits● Advancement opportunities● Advantageous package
