Responsibilities We are looking for experienced individual who would be working as QA Automation for the project. Key aspect on this position except technical skills is communication. A person that would be working on such position is expected to be able to speak to senior stakeholders including business representatives. Responsibilities: • Adapt existing tests using the test automation framework and expand test coverage • Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments • Identify, share, and nurture the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability in collaboration with the wider testing team • Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality • Track and communicate test results in a timely, effective, and automated manner • Collaborate with various teams in building automation test suite covering multiple applications • Effectively document identified defects in the defect tracking system that is easily understood by developers; work with developers as necessary to resolve issues • Provide feedback and report results of testing to management and stakeholders Skills Must have • Willingness and ability to work with both: automation and manual testing • Excellent testing experience and very good understanding of full testing lifecycle • Good understanding of test automation concepts and patterns • Proficiency with Java 8 or later • Good knowledge of Unix console commands • Selenium WebDriver and Rest Assured experience • Test reporting tools experience (Allure)• Practical experience with CI/CD • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience in an agile development environment, agile mindset • Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Must have ability to build a strong working relationship with the managers and team members Benefits of working as a QA Automation Engineer in Doha:● Excellent benefits● Company offers career progression opportunities● Attractive package
