A property coordinator may work independently or for a property management company. A property coordinator will essentially maintain various properties for various owners. The coordinator may be responsible for finding tenants to fill the homes or apartments, and ensuring the buildings are maintained, repaired, and within compliance of local codes.Follow up the properties Listing on the major portals and the company’s website.Obtaining ownership documents and verifying properties on the portals.Uploading properties to the company CRM.Assisting agents with data checking, filing and client reporting.Preparing Agent to Agent forms, Terms of Business and invoicing.Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)Managing the Commercial Agency department’s property listings.Maintain and update listings of available properties.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.Additional works provide by superior related to properties managing.Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail.Office meetings – weekly & monthly agendas.Maintain/update database contacts register and excel master file.Monitor team Target daily , weekly and  monthly.
