Operational Duties:· Following up with Merchants regarding past dues and inactive terminals. · Capture new POS requests on KNET website · Prepare Merchant Nomination form for KNET Payment Gateway and forward the form to Knet. · After Knet installs the terminal in the merchant location, receive the following details by email and confirm the merchant number, terminal number and terminal have been installed. · Setup the merchant details in the system using the merchant nomination form. · At the end of the day perform merchant batch and retrieve report showing the details of each setup. · Prepare re-visit/re-installation removal form to Knet. · Update the system on receiving the merchants change request i.e. Name, A/c No. . .etc. · Update the system on other banks / AMEX Merchants as per their request. · Reply to all the calls from clients, merchants, departments, branches, and other banks.
