What you will be doing: The Night Supervisor / Night Auditor is the representative of the Management during the night shift and responsible for all operations of the hotel during the night shift. Responds to all guest complaints and emergencies and brings them to complete resolution during the night operation. Manage the organization and administrative functions of the Front Office during the night shift. Participate in all regular and ad hoc operational meetings as required. Maintains full awareness and training for all night staff on emergency procedures. Is responsible for all night system requirements in terms of backups and system date changes and report runs. Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4/5-star hotel Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Accor background is essential Fluency in English MANDATORY and Arabic NATIVE LANGUAGE.
