REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or ICT related field
MCSE Certification (Microsoft Certified System Engineer – Core Infrastructure)

MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator – Messaging)

ITIL v3 Foundations

VCP (VMware Certified Professional)

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)

Vendor Certifications (Dell/IBM/Fujitsu)

Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years’ experience in ICT systems support and design environment
At least 2-4 years’ experience with backup and disaster, hardware, and virtualisation technologies as well as relevant monitoring tools
