This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. What you will do Responsible for Operational KPIs /SLAs fulfillment according to the MS Contract Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units Work with Customers on various levels regarding the organization supervising activities and performance Evaluates and make proactive recommendations for actions to improve processes as well as other services to enhance service delivery. Responsible for the Organization and motivation of all operation personnel Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for the selection of personnel Team process identification, modifications & implementation tracking. Team Competence & Performance management. Identify and plan training requirements. Provide customer and Ops Assurance Director with reports of the Organization’s performance on a scheduled basis Storing technical E2E background in Mobile Network service elements and nodes.  You will bring Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering. Proven experience of 8 years in operations.  Additional Requirements Service provider management experience Resource provider management experience Strong in team leadership, able to lead large/matrix organization Excellent communication and social skills. High Customer Relationship Management skills Deep understanding of the Service delivery process Process driver, Strategic problem solver, Change Maker Ability to motivate and engage, communicating to empower and develop commitment culture, competence, and skills Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Financial skills  Why join Ericsson?
