Marketing Communications – Corporate Communications ExecutiveDepartment: Marketing Communications Reports to: Head of Marketing Communications Job Purpose:As the Marketing Executive for Kalaam Group, the one-stop digital solutions provider, you will be working a lot of planning and execution of successful print and digital PR. We are looking for someone that is excited and motivated towards their responsibility of increasing brand and solutions’ awareness, audience engagement and reporting on the effectiveness of activities. Corporate Brand: • Represent Kalaam Group brand to articulate its value proposition creatively & accurately to internal & external stakeholders and monitor the execution of the brand • Manage the development and production of corporate brand collateral with the marketing team • Manage English/ Arabic content translation to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery • Planning & executing integrated communications, PR and events strategy • Work closely with others in the Marketing Communications department to develop messaging, press releases, articles for Kalaam Group announcements and corporate marketing campaigns • Conducting communication audits to determine publicity goals • Ensuring digital channels are accurately represented and up to date • Managing and preventing reputational risk to our brand • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Measuring the success of public relations activities, campaigns, and department success according to set KPIs• Planning and presenting reports on all public relations activities and PR budgets • Representing the company at interviews and press conferences • Develops and implements policies and procedures that represents the corporate identity. • Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members • Drafts proposals and deliver presentation for special communications projects, presents and promote these projects to management • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest • Performs other related duties as assigned. Assist in Marketing development work where necessary Tactical: • Assisting in the planning, organizing and creative development of tactical campaign with the marketing team, suggesting ideas and engagement strategies • Work closely with team towards execution on integrated marketing channels such as SMS, emailer, etc. • Ensure the reporting of tactical campaigns are comprehensive and assist in the analysis of the campaigns • Work with various departments, ex. Enterprise/ SME/ Wholesale/ Customer Care/ HR/ Legal, along with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns for our SoM and digital platforms. • Review content, and ensure accuracy SkillsEducation: • Minimum requisite: bachelor’s degree in marketing, corporate communication public relations or journalism Skills and Experience: • Strongly proficient in Arabic, especially in written • Proven experience in public relations. • Extensive knowledge of social and digital media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram • Ability to build and develop relationships with key individuals within and outside of the organization • Creative and critical thinker and problem solver • Outstanding communication skills and confidence to do public speaking. • Ability to conduct research and communication audits • Attention to detail • Marcom experience for minimum of 5-6 years • Strong potential in relationship managed and PR (at least 3-4 years) • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel) • Ability to review and create compelling content • Lead Spirit and teamwork • Ability to use tact and professionalism including in times of stress • Ability to create, implement, and apply a budget
