Basic Duties & Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 2] o Functional Responsibilities [TimeSpent%: 80]§ Long Shelf-Life section§ Responsible for checking and preparation of the filling machine according to the daily production plan§ Responsible for checking and monitoring the sealing and package integrity of tetra packs during the preparation and production phase§ Responsible for operating the machine within the recommended sealing frequency for TS§ Responsible for effective and efficient operation of the filling machine§ Responsible for handling and loading of :§ I. Tetra Pak Packaging material§ II. Hydrogen Peroxide§ III. LS material§ IV. TS material§ V. Pull Tab material (If required)§ Responsible for cleaning and 120 hr weekly service of the filling machine § Responsible for continuous monitoring of the packs for weight and date print§ Responsible for collecting the QC samples for micro, chemical and shelf life according to requirements§ Assists the maintenance staff during the breakdown of the machine§ Coordinates and prepares the machine for CIP with the CIP operator§ Responsible for checking the soda and acid concentration during CIP§ Responsible for collecting and reprocessing the packs§ Provides support when needed to the supervisor in fulfilling other assigned areas of responsibility§ Short Shelf-Life section§ Responsible for coordinating with the supervisor to ensure the checking and preparation of the machine according to the daily production plan§ Responsible for checking the monitoring the sealing of the yoghurt lids, bottle caps and ensuring the integrity of the cups/bottles§ Responsible for ensuring effective CIP of the machine/filling lines in coordination with the CIP operator when required§ Responsible for checking the soda and acid concentration during CIP§ Provides support when needed to the supervisor in fulfilling other assigned areas of responsibility§ UHT/pre-processing section§ Coordinates with the supervisor/APM of the section to setup, CIP and prepare the plant in accordance to the daily production plan§ Responsible for effective and efficient operation of the plant in accordance to the daily production plan§ Responsible for coordinating with mixing operators and§ Responsible for ensuring effective CIP of the plant in coordination with the supervisor/APM of the section when required§ Responsible for coordinating with QC and checking the soda and acid concentration of the chemicals during CIP§ Provides support when needed to the APM/supervisor in other areas of responsibility when needed o General Responsibilities [TimeSpent%: 20]§ Performs any duty assigned by the line§ Processes any cross training as mandated by the line§ Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management§ Comply with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties· III.
