Core Responsibilities: Collects training needs analysis different behavioral and technical training requirements and accordingly develops a list of trainings required by GMG and schedules according to annual training calendar Ensures smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (induction training, orientation plan etc.) Develops and designs training course material including facilitator guides, learner guides, hand-outs and material requiring visual aid (i.e. videos) Studies previous training records and performance management development plans, lists identified training needs, conducts gap analysis and suggests training courses and programs Coordinates with external training vendors to evaluate technical and content expertise, compare training fees and delivery mechanisms Delivers or arranges to deliver training sessions through external vendors to participants ensuring to implement innovative techniques and using best practices Measures training effectiveness of programs, makes improvements and follows up with managers and colleagues in regards to training feedback and adherence to assigned development program Adheres to budgets in conjunction with division training budgets, tracks expenses and presents reports on a regular basis to Learning and Development management Keeps abreast of latest training techniques and ensures updating training material and content when needed People Management: Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG’s performance management process Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals and a high performance team.
