About the role Support Manager Compliance in leading the day to day Quality function of Corporate Services focusing on maintenance services within Residential Facilities, Commercial Facilities and Facilities Projects. Act as an owner and support operations by avoiding and/or minimizing operational disruptions. Accountabilities Analyze and prepare property visit plan to ensure adequate coverage of the property portfolio. Develop and agree with stakeholders on minimum success criteria for the maintenance works to establish standard evaluation criteria for consistent evaluation. Carry out sample based routine visits to properties in order to independently determine whether maintenance works have been completed as per requirement within the building premises. Independently evaluate the quality of the maintenance works carried out by Facilities Management team and/or any 3 rd parties to ensure compliance with the standard evaluation criteria. Maintain and monitor records of all maintenance works verified during visits to timely escalate any non-compliance and/or substandard performance detailing root causes to the relevant teams with the Facilities Management. Establish and implement tracking and follow up mechanism on any non-compliance and/or substandard performance raised and ensure timely closing of same by Facilities teams to regularly update and report the status of non-compliant issues. Develop and implement performance evaluation parameters and matrix of 3 rd parties based on the quality of maintenance works to monitor and periodically report performance of 3 rd parties to stakeholders. Closely work with IT to automate performance evaluation parameters of 3 rd parties. Qualifications About you You will possess: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience. OR High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience. 5 or more years’ experience in a relevant support services position. Good command of English language. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Job Specific Skills: Essential Knowledge of building maintenance and building management. Effective at managing working relationships. Client focused and business aware, with proven interaction to executive/senior management level. Ability to write comprehensive and accurate reports using own initiative. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High level of sensitivity and professionalism. Self-starter, having the ability to work independently with minimal instructions. Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
