We are looking to hire HR Business Partner to join our plant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia What You Will Do In Your Role Support HR Transformation and Operating Model initiatives Talent Strategy and Succession Planning HR Compliance risks, develop gap closure plan and implement a systematic approach to maintaining compliance Ensure success of HR Operating model and effective management of Shared Services. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts Partner with Business on effective implementation of Transformation, Culture advancement and Talent Strategy The Experience You Will Bring Requirements: Shared Services experience Experience in Compensation and Benefit Experience supporting business transformation initiatives Ability to look at processes critically and challenge status quo Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Expertise in HR policies and procedures, employment and labor laws.
