HIRING FOR A RESTAURANT SPECIALISED IN ITALIAN & WESTERN CUISINE.

Should have 8 years of excellent experience & knowledge in Italian & Western Food.
Job Role:
• Responsible for the overall smooth running inside the kitchen.
• Responsible for recipe quality assurance, Submit late arrivals, early departures and overtime of the kitchen staff to the Operations Manager.
• Proper supervision of kitchen staff and submit and monthly appraisal of full kitchen team.
Required Skills:
• Strict regarding following recipes.
• Strict on reduction and elimination of waste.
• Maintain Kitchen hygiene.
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance
• Team management skills, Leadership skills.
