As a Head of Marketing and Branding, you will manage, coordinate and review Aspire Academy’s long-term brand management framework including the drafting and implementation of branch management policies and strategies.You are: able to manage and coordinate Aspire Academy’s corporate marketing including the development of campaign plans, products, and services and the coordination, briefing, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the campaigns. What will you do – Main responsibilities:Overall coordination and review of long-term brand management framework Responsible for the overall coordination and review of the long-term brand management framework including the drafting and maintenance of long-term policies and strategies Management and coordination of Aspire Academy’s corporate marketing, products/services including the development of campaign plans; coordination of the campaign development process; briefing of campaigns to the parties involved; execution of campaigns and the monitoring and evaluation of campaigns Management and coordination of brand initiatives such as participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences as well as overall compliance with corporate identity guidelines Responsible for the overall maintenance of the Aspire Academy brand (brand health monitoring) through brand audits and surveys and recommending and implementing corrective measures Develop, maintain, and manage critical supplier relationships and related contracts. Identify, develop, and close sponsorship sales opportunities. Build and develop long-term relationships with service providers in the sports industry. Increase exposure of Aspire Academy whilst working within the Marketing budget constraints. Qualifications and requirements:6-8 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in a similar position/responsibility – in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management or in a related industry Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, post-graduate degree is preferred Proven ability to work cross-functionally and experienced in managing the brand across multiple markets Performance Management experience, with a solid understanding of performance management principles, innovation, and techniques Strategic thinker and can identify long-term opportunities and trends Knowledge of planning, organizing, leading and controlling, and managing a team to move and influence them into moving towards Aspire Academy’s vision and objectives. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines Has excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken; Arabic is considered an added value.
