The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an advanced high tech facility and drive continuous growth and development of all processes.  The facility will be located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and strong knowledge of the local industrial requirements and building and industrial codes of the Kingdom is necessary along with local rules and regulations. If you have the experience we are looking for and consider yourself suitable for this role and ready to take on the challenge apply now.Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales and operation of the plant which includes Sales, Commercial Operation, Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, HSSE, Manufacturing, and Finance. Create a healthy work environment that fosters communication and innovation. Define the main processes and process owners and ensure procedures and work instructions be made for each process that are readily available to the relevant personnel. Set and monitor KPIs for the main functions that align with the organization’s targets. Continuously look for ways to improve the operational model in terms of operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. Manage any issues arising from operations and minimize their effect on meeting the customer’s expectations. Work to register and qualify with all the potential customers and increase the products approved range with the customers, especially Saudi Aramco. Ensure high safety standards are set and strictly followed. Prepare reports as required to the main shareholders.Commission the facility on an agreed upon timeline including the staffing required to operate on a ramped production.Increase assets capacity, production and ensure flexibility while bringing down unnecessary costs and maintaining high-quality standards.Allocate resources efficiently and fully utilize the assets to generate optimal outcomes.Implement strategies as needed with strategic initiatives and provide a transparent sense of focus and direction.Monitor manufacturing plant operations and take corrective measures.Assist recruiters in hiring and training plant staff.Maintain a trusting bond with recruits and workgroups.Collect and analyze information to find appropriate places for managing waste.Observe equipment and guarantee that they are in good working order.Commit to the plant’s safety procedures.Develop processes that help track and optimize standards, productivity, performance and metrics targets.Address staff issues and administer collective bargaining agreements.Stay updated on the latest production management concepts and best practices in increasing production.Responsible for the sales and operation of the plant which includes Sales, Commercial Operation, Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, HSSE, Manufacturing, and Finance.Create a healthy work environment that fosters communication and innovationBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or business field.MBA is a plus. 10+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing company, at least 5 of which as a general manager. Reasonable familiarity with the relevant technical and quality international standards (ISO, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, etc.) for valves. 5+ years’ experience working with Aramco and are familiar with their procedures and requirements. Strong financial acumen.Customer-focused mindset.
