Data analysts use data analysis to produce accessible graphs, charts, tables, and reports. The healthcare data analyst will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex healthcare data sets to develop insights that can be used to support clinical, financial, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large and complex data sets, be able to develop and maintain data dashboards, have experience with data visualization tools, excel and other tools for general data analysis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in analysing healthcare data like claims and EHR and present insights to business leaders as applicable Key Responsibilities: Work with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers Collect, organize, and analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and other sources Provide technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of data A nalyze data to answer key stakeholder questions , with an eye on business drivers , and investigate and communicate areas of improvement in efficiency and productivity Establish key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Develop and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, for taking important decisions based on various facts and trends Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets Qualifications and Experience Levels: Minimum 5+ experience in related field Bachelor and professional BI and data analytics qualification IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
