We are looking to hire a brilliant Country Manager-Electrical & Lighting to join our high calibre team at Confidential Company in Doha.Growing your career as a Full Time Country Manager-Electrical & Lighting is an incredible opportunity to develop useful skills.If you are strong in planning, critical thinking and have the right mindset for the job, then apply for the position of Country Manager-Electrical & Lighting at Confidential Company today!1) To lead high motivated team of Engineers, Designers and Support Staff in Project Light and ensure consistent growth, conversion of good percentage of enquiries to orders and achieve the budgeted percentage of net gross profit with secured payments. 2) Achieve sales and financial targets for respective markets. 3) Develop the business and build distribution and market share in those markets. 4) Manage relationship with distributors/ clients/ customers while ensuring compliance to company procedures, standards and good business practice. 5) Build relationship with customers/ specifiers and cultivate account into long-term customer alliances. 6) Minimize commercial risks when developing sales contracts. 7) Develop key customer accounts. 8) Provide support to the channel partners for business development including joint customer visit. 9) Prepare and make sales presentations focusing on value to customers. 10) Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer need in the area to ensure growth. 11) Prepare shorth, mid and long term plans, executive yearly plans and achieve its targets consistent with the business objectives, full responsibility of profit and loss, accounts receivable and inventory for related products. 12) Act as a liaison between other functions and distributors as applicable. 13) Implement brands strategies in countries within respective territories. 14) Co-ordinate closely with other functions involved in the development of business to ensure success in the region. 15) Dynamic, rigorous with an entrepreneurial spirit, you must have the ability to work on your own initiative. 16) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are also important. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus. 17) You will also be expected to travel based on work requirement.
