While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.Your role is included in Nokia Customer Experience organization, Romania’s Sales Support & Customer Success – Center of Competence, in charge of Cloud and Network Services Sales support activity.You will join a team of highly experienced members, who are shaping the future of Europe’s Telco customers’ Core Network infrastructure, acting as a Core Network Pre-Sales Technical Consultant Lead, in direct relationship with Customers, Nokia Account, Product Line, Delivery and Project Managers, within the whole Sales process chain. Members are responsible for customer solution requirements’ assessment within direct customer engagements, offer technical solution definition and quotation coordination, in relationship with other Sales support stakeholders.   What you will learn and contribute to We are looking for a Solutions Consultant role, with a solid technical understanding of Mobile Core Networks, including 3G, 4G, 5G architecture, Telco Cloud Infrastructure based on virtualization and HyperScale solutions, running within the Communication Service Provider and Enterprise Sectors. Specific focus areas for this role will be around Voice Solutions and Subscriber data Management.  In this position you will:Act as Telco customer facing technical lead and Customer solution owner coordinator for the Core Network portfolio Drive the qualification, solution design, offer quotation for new opportunities, upgrades & potential cross sale Act as the liaison between CX Sales, other Pre-sales and/or CNS Support organizations like Commercial, Marketing, Delivery, Supply Chain and PLM (Portfolio Management) Stand as Subject Matter Expert for the Nokia Core Network Solutions portfolio’s with clear understanding of the value and relevance to the target market Help evolve and implement Nokia’s CNS Business Sales strategy Your skills and experienceWith a strong technical background, you should have the ability to articulate the Nokia value propositions in a relevant and compelling way to attract the customers/partners. This role provides a key linkage between the needs of the customer and the solutions Nokia provides.  A “Challenger” profile is ideal with an ability to identify customer pain points and growth areas and to test the status quo with innovation.  Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science University Graduate preferable Strong presentation, negotiation and commercial skills will also be beneficial to support the sales team and process.
