Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements
Review the contractor’s QA/QC Plan and agree on any revisions with the contractor prior to the commencement of the works.
Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to the contractors on site and ensure all relevant individuals are aware of the procedures that affect their work
Ensure that all QA/QC documents are filed in an organized manner.
Conducts periodic quality inspections on subcontractors and works closely with Project Managers on addressing identified quality issues.
Develop quality plans for the company’s projects.
Prepare method of statements, construction procedures, and ITPs.
Ensure that all the materials to be used and installed conforms to the project relevant MIR’s and approval of the client.
Follow up day-to-day site inspection and all the open pending RFI’s.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience: 7 years of related experience.
