We are searching for a brilliant Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our amazing team at in Dammam.Growing your career as a Full Time Business Development Manager (BDM) is a fantastic opportunity to develop productive skills.If you are strong in project management, adaptability and have the right experience for the job, then apply for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) at today!• Take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities • Complete construction bids and monitor and manage bid activity • Coordinate and assist in the proposal process • Build a construction proposal template library that can be used by the entire sales department • Convince prospects and current customers to buy-in • Identify market opportunities • Create development plans and growth projects • Develops and maintains relationships with clients. • Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages and pipeline status updates • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. • Develop proposals that speak to client s needs, concerns, and objectives while maintaining company profitability. • Assess wins and losses to impact future selling strategies • Manage the on time and on budget delivery for project sold. • Responsible for project, contact and negotiation work. • Responsible for project claim work and collect claim data • Develop the local market and assist the company in the quotation and tender work. • Participate in and actively support company initiatives. • Prepare pre-qualification for new project. • Research project contracts, Assist the project manager to negotiate and communicate with the client and joint venture to solve problems in contract performance. • Organize and participate in the drafting, negotiation and review of various economic contracts of the project. • Familiar with the Saudi Govt. laws, regulations and policies of the local project operation. • All other duties as relevant to the allotted job. Basic Qualifications : • BE / BTech.
