Qualification: Technically manage, administrate, and develop Data schema and population of Engineering data, with thorough database knowledge of AVEVA suite of engineering and design software tools for implementation in Company. Support pre-project studies and Detailed & Installation Engineering activities and provide support for integration across AVEVA suite of products. Liaise with client shareholders Technical Authorities and committees, Production & Procurement department. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – in relevant technical domain or equivalent. Recognized expertise, In-depth knowledge and Hands on Experience in setting up and administration of AVEVA Instrumentation and Electrical for oil & gas facilities with minimum 10 years of experience. Good exposure to AVEVA Diagrams, AVEVA Engineering and Integration tools. With associated skills in Engineering & Construction aspects and competencies in multi disciplines (Mech,PVV, Safety, E&I, etc.). Expert user of Excel with ability to automate upload, refine and process the data using Excel, Experience in using AVEVA Instrumentation, Electrical is desirable and AVEVA Net will be an advantage. Experience in Data management, Data class libraries, Class definitions, Experience in Interface management with other tools specifically AVEVA tools to integrate the information. Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Net and Design software tools and interfacing and integrating them for data capture, transfer, storage and extraction of various engineering document. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by subordinates and contractors. Ensure the Implementation, Availability, Update and accurate ALS field Engineering data using AVEVA Engineering and One. Pulse software AVEVA Global Administration and management of all Brownfield and Green field projects and keep the AL Shahen field wide Engineering data updated. Specify Data flow, standard procedures and practices for Engineering data implementation and update and organize, specify and coordinate the Engineering data Train and provide assistance to the users of AVEVA Engineering and One.
