2- Handling workshop daily operation
3- Managing carpenters
4- Dividing tasks between carpenters
5- Full knowledge of raw materials
6- Reading drawing & Layout
7- Precise in details
8- Delivering works & projects on time
9- Full Knowledge of Carpentry machines
10- Manufacturing process for furniture & Decorations
11- Finishing quality standard
12- Knowledge & experience in all materials used for furniture & decorations
13- Knowledge of painting, Welding, handcrafted, and upholstery

Candidates must have
1- experience in 5+ years in workshops
3- Leadership skills
