POSITION OVERVIEW: To supervise the Janitorial, Kitchen assistance staff, helpers, F&B and stewarding teams in performing duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the services contracts and within the framework of existing schedules.

• Able to supervise staff
• Use own initiative and be proactive
• Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding the staff performance in various projects.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Ensure the timely reporting of duty at sites and managing site roasters.
• Act as a communication bridge between client, management and staff.
• Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Gaining new opportunities in existing and new projects.
• Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
• Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
• Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE and grooming is as per hospitality standards.
Bahrain Driving Licence is Plus.
