We are looking for a Sous Chef to work in our 4 Star Hotel.
Attractive Salary will be provided.
1. Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
2. Produce high quality plates both in presentation and taste.
3. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
4. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
5. Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
6. Monitor and record inventory, also order new supplies whenever required & involve in cost
7. Adhere to and implement hygiene and safety regulations.
Requirements and skills
1. 3-5 years of experience in the same position in GCC.
2. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
3. Familiar with industry best practices.
