We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telephone Attendant to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and take customer orders accurately
• Process customer payments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Address customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Fluency in Malayalam (verbal and written)
• Previous experience working with customers in a restaurant or other related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player with strong organizational skills
