Job Descriptions: •     Preparing special tea/coffee/sandwich / baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea. •     Continuously testing new dishes and enhancing them to perfect taste. •     Managing and training brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality. •     Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter. •     Working as part of a fun, high-energy team. •      Does not leave the area of work without notifying the Outlet in charge. •      Perform all side duties established by the outlet in charge. •     Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. •      To be familiar with food and menu terminology. •      To follow the company policies, procedures, and all food and beverage standards. •      To ensure orders are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest. •      To perform all other related duties as requested.
