We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our food distribution company. This position requires the individual to be responsible for managing sales operations and building strong customer relationships in the Bahrain market.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost sales and profits
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Analyze market trends and track competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities
• Develop and implement plans to expand the customer base
• Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage sales teams, set targets, and evaluate the performance
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to upper management

Requirements:
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Bahrain market
• Expert knowledge of the food distribution business
