The Project Executive will be responsible for managing the execution of projects for the Signage, Advertising and Media Production industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and timelines to ensure efficient and successful project completion
• Monitor and manage projects from beginning to end to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee budget management of projects and develop cost estimates
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure materials and services
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure progress is being made on projects
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and optimize resources
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
