Job Description:

1. Need Graduate in Electrical Engineering having experience in EPC project procurement in Oil & Gas, Energy business sector

2. Need sound technical knowledge of materials and Procurement cycle from PR to PO to GRN for bought out items.

3. Should be conversant with all standard terms of buying & terminologies involved.

4. Support estimation dept by getting offers during bidding stage of project

5. Explore local and International market for sourcing activities

6. Read and understand PRs, send RFQ to related vendors and receipt quote for preparing comparative statement.

7. Negotiate wisely with vendor to get best possible terms and prices.

8. Check compliance of Quote with PR and get concurrence from end user for technical scope.

9. Upon approval of Procurement proposal, create PO in SAP system, send to vendor and get OA.

10. Follow up with the vendors for timely deliveries as per project schedule

11. Coordinate with vendor and end users for project site related activities.

12. Coordinate with various internal agencies like QC for inspection, Warehouse for GRN/GI and storage of materials and Finance for vendor invoices & payments.

13. Risk management and handling in case of any damage /breakage /shortage /returns /rejections etc.

14. Procurement of Materials, Services, Consumables, Assets, Equipments needed for project

15. Maintain cordial relation with vendors for longer benefit of organization.

16. Prior experience of working in Saudi Arabia / Gulf shall have preference
