We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to the hotel management team. This role will involve acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or high-level inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to use their excellent organizational skills and customer service experience to ensure the smooth running of the hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls
• Passing on messages or high-level inquiries to appropriate personnel
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Assistance in general office duties such as data entry, filing, etc.
• Assisting in the coordination of meetings, conferences and other events
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Assisting in travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and other related tasks
• Supporting other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
