The Outlet Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing the restaurant’s transactions. The Outlet Cashier will maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and should be knowledgeable about the menu and services offered at the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a current knowledge of the menu, services, and promotions offered by the restaurant
• Accurately process all transactions in accordance with established procedures
• Handle all cash, credit, and debit cards according to established procedures
• Monitor customer activities and provide assistance as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cashier in restaurants or hotels
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
