The Office Clark is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to office staff and other departments. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering phones, data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right person or department
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office filing and organization systems
• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Input and update data into internal databases
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
