We are looking for an Office Admin (Male)
• Coordinating with the Executive manager, Operation manager, site Engineers, and other staff.
• Must have excellent communication skills, able to assist in telephone calls, and email draftings.
• Manages correspondence by answering emails with supplier’s clients Etc.
• Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
• Creating invoices, purchase orders Etc.
• Maintaining proper records of all the invoices, purchase orders, etc. in the database and filing.
• Follow up on invoices.
• Maintaining Stock IN and OUT of entry
• Maintaining Employee payroll/Salary and documents.
• Petty Cash Handling
• Basic knowledge of Auto Cad
• Proficient in MS office
