Purpose of the Job:
Assemble/retrofit various components and perform electrical and mechanical installations
Main responsibilities:
• Read and apply electrical schematics, retrofit plan and procedure and other technical documentation
• Perform basic testing and support troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems and components installed in the railway car like Wi-Fi.
• Install and repair car parts such as electrical harnesses, bracket, heavy equipment de-trucking
• Modification and repair of the electrical and mechanical aspects for the bogie system
• Perform self-Inspection of car components in order to identify defects and ensure quality
• Proficiently cross reference technical documents and highlight any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Interact with co-workers, quality inspectors, team leaders, supervisors, and manager daily
• Work closely with support functions to identify and propose suggestions for continuous improvement
• Organize work instruction documents, tools and railway car parts daily
Experience :
Mandatory:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial activities related to Electrical, Control, onboard communications railways or factory automation
• Accurately Assembling of components
• Must have ability to read, write and follow procedures, always being conscious towards safety
• Must be able to manage time well, prioritizing and sequencing tasks
• Must be willing to be trained in more than one discipline of the rolling stock process to increase flexibility
• Good level in English language
Desirable:
• Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices
• Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
• Exposed to electrical/mechanical technical training or education
Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

• Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains
• Ability to have a good communication with other colleagues and other functions (engineering, manufacturing, industrial, quality, …)
• Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
• Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills
• Completion of the tasks in the allocated time (method time).
• Trouble shoot electrical issues in the process build.
