• Daily checking for Machines points, preparing and following Schedule Maintenance, preventive maintenance, fault finding EC/ME and their solutions.
• Breakdown maintenance troubleshooting and parts replacement.
• CNC/ NC machines related maintenance.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic and plc controls.
• Knowledge of hand tools repairing for woodworking.
• Woodworking machine tools and knives knowledge and purchase new spare parts.
• Repairing of saw carriage and pusher.
• Repairing of hydraulic, Edge banding machine, sanding machine, boring machine and beam saw.
