The Experienced Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction of interior projects. This position requires the ability to ensure quality control and safety standards are met and maintained throughout the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate onsite activities of interior construction projects
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all workers are properly equipped with safety equipment
• Monitor progress of project and report issues as they arise
• Resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise during construction
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering and architecture to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly
• Provide overall direction, guidance, and leadership to site crew
• Supervise activities of subcontractors to ensure quality control
• Monitor materials and supplies used in construction to maintain budget.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in the interior field.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
