The Filipina Personal Assistant will provide support to their employer, including administrative and personal tasks. They should be fluent in English and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, managing emails, and other duties as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and external contacts.
• Provide direct support to their employer including running errands and completing personal tasks.
• Make travel arrangements when needed.
• Be available for night shifts when necessary.
Requirements:
• Must be a Filipino national or have Filipino ancestry.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Office programs.
• Degree is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to travel abroad when needed.
• Must be willing to work night shifts when necessary.
