We are seeking an experienced female receptionist to provide excellent customer service to hotel guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling check-in and check-out procedures, providing information on hotel services, and responding to guest inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
• Answering phone calls and responding to guests’ inquiries
• Providing information on hotel services and amenities
• Processing payments and ensuring accuracy of billing
• Updating guest records and maintaining database accuracy
• Assisting with luggage or other requests from guests
• Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and other common areas
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Proficiency in operating computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, as well as reservation booking systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
