Job Description

Qualifications • Omani national • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or engineering, or other related fields with a minimum of 10 years of similar role of designing and launching digital platforms • Experience in service-oriented industries • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects • Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions • Have an innovative and disrupting mindset, constantly looking forward • Enterprise architecture experience in developing business-oriented frameworks Roles and Responsibilities • Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization • Develop a clearly defined and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future • Set and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones • Be a digital guru, championing the use of digital technology and practices to implement a digital mindset from the top down • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem • Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we’re investing in the right tools and resources • Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation, and execution • Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences, and business models • Identifying new tools that can support, enhance, and improve client’s solutions • Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio • Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem • Build and manage RPA systems to uplift the current level of process automation • Manage demand from users across the organization and ensure that they are prioritized and addressed in an efficient manner • Conduct detailed business analysis activities with the business users within client to fully capture requirements and ensure that they are addressed by the systems capabilities • Develop and upskill current ICT team to adapt DevOps methodologies and shorten the cycle from development to operations • Drive agile project management methodology in the organization and ensure quicker realization of value from digital projects • Explore emerging technologies and their applicability to client based on business need and ROI • Transfer knowledge to other team members ensure their readiness to continue the journey
