We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team at our hypermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing a range of meats and fish for sale in the store.

Responsibilities:
– Cut, prepare and package meat products such as beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish
– Ensure that the store has a sufficient supply of meat products
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment
– Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Keep up to date with current trends in the industry
– Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a butcher in a retail or food service setting
– Knowledge of different cuts of meat and fish and how to prepare them
– Ability to work quickly and accurately with sharp knives and other tools
– Strong customer service skills
